Is an employer legally aloud to tell an employee they are not aloud to clock in if they have been scheduled to clock in?

You would get better responses if you included a clear statement of the facts rather than a vague question. If you are asking whether you are somehow safe from being fired, or guaranteed work, merely because your name is written on a schedule, the answer is no. Again, since you did not ask a clear question, we have to guess what you mean.
