Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

i been a flight attendant for 10 years i filed sexual harrasment again a pilot 8 years ago the pilot still flying he never got in trouble for it. the inflight department been trying to make me fly with him for the last 4 years. i have a upcaming trip with this pilot on the 31st i already called the inflight dept. and complain about this situation and i was told they are not taking me off the trip i was advised to flight with him or stay home without pay also pending getting in trouble for not going to work. my questions are what can i do? can my company forced me to flight with him? if i refused to flight with him and i get fired can i sue my company?

You need to make the decision to go to work or face the consequences of not doing so, or try to see a lawyer. No one here can give you a credible opinion on an issue that has been going on for 8 years, or whether you have any valid claims if you get terminated. No one here knows anything about the actual alleged harassment (other than the fact that it was 8 years ago and the statute of limitations likely expired years ago).
