My husband is a delivery driver @ Dominos in GA.. he drives, does dishes, sweeps, mops, cooks food, and seperates the pizza toppings that are mixed together back into thier appropriate buckets.. he visited the ER, the dr gave him a note for that day and the next.. when her went back to work and after being asked to work more hrs than he was scheduled was yelled and cussed at by other employees.. can you help us please?!

Unless there is more to the story, your husband does not have a legal issue. If your husband has an issue with other employees being rude, he needs to discuss it with a manager. There are no general laws protecting people from others who are rude.
