what are the laws on salary? can an employer cut your pay as tho you were hourly and not pay overtime but sick days and dock pay as see's fit

It is not appropriate to ask for all the laws that relate to salary. That would take days. The one that might be appropriate is that employees are generally entitled to minimum wage. If you want a meaningful response, you need to post the clear facts sand question, instead of asking for all the laws or a vague question.
