Your question presumes this conduct is unlawful when in fact it probably is not. Unless it is so severe as to amount to an intentional attempt to cause you emotional harm, it is quite simply not against the law. Yes, you do have rights if actions are unlawful. So, if he was ridiculing your race, color, creed, religion, gender, pregnancy status, etc., then you might have a case. Or if he was picking on you only because of those things. But, in the workplace, we all have to be prepared to eat a lot of crow.
