In a small business of 20 employees like a denist office can the dentist have prayer with his staff each morning before starting the day?

He can so long as he doesn't force his staff to take part in it. If he does so, he may violate Title VII's Religious accommodation provision (particularly if the staff's religious persuasion is different from the dentist's. But this rule only applies if he has at least 15 employees. If not, he has a right to require anything that is lawful (although a prayer that is forced upon an employee is hardly a prayer now, is it?).
