Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I was told there were written and signed complaints against me at work but when asked to see them I was told no and that if I asked anyone about it I would be fired for hostile working environment. Am I allowed to see reports written against me and do I have a case for hostile working environment against management?

If the company has a policy to allow you to see the reports, yes (although your recourse will be minimal). Otherwise, no.

What you describe is far from a hostile work environment.
