Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

after being out of work for 6mth under doctors care and i still am i was given a letter by my employer to return to work with no restrictions or resigning. I told my hr manager that i wouldn't be able to do either. well i recieved a letter stating that i voulentary resigned which i didn't can my employer do that and is this work seeking legal help

It would be the very unusual situation where an employer would be required to hold a job open for you for 6 months. Family Medical Leave (if applicable) would be 12 weeks. You don't state any facts which would support any claim they should, though your post is vague about exactly what you are asking. Whether or not they terminated you may be relevant in any unemployment dispute.
