Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

The apartment above my apartment insistently stomps the floor. I am talking about 6 a.m in the morning till 2-3 am. in the next morning. I have asked the apartment's owner to stop stomping and complained with the landlord but nothing happens. They are still stomping the floor.

You may be able to terminate the lease because the landlord had not provided you with a reasonably habitable place. This, however, will depend on an investigation into all the facts. Consult with a local attorney. I wouldn't advise you to try this without benefit of more specific legal advice than you can get in this type of forum.
