Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I have been awarded a Default Judgment against my previous landlord who refuses to return my security deposit -- $750 + filing fee of $74.50 =$824.50. I want to know how to collect this judgment. My ex-landlord has substantial assets, including a house, a vacation home, a Mercedes 500, & his wife's Cadillac Escalade.
