Landlord complaint

We are leasing a home and there is a problem with the gas line. We are with out heat, hot water, and no stove going on 4 days. also the home failed a pressure test of the gas lines. What are our rights and what action should we take?

If you have given proper notice to the landlord and he/she fails to repair the issue within a reasonable amount of time, you may terminate the lease and have the option if suing for damages caused by the failure to repair.
