Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Is it legal for my commercial landlord to negotiate a lease agreement for my new restaurant and not disclose that the place that I'm renting has had a lot of negative publicity including a death and several violent acts? I picked this area because it is a low crime area but it seems my location he had lots of run ins with police officials.

Yes. There is no general requirement for a landlord to disclose criminal acts. This is especially true with a commercial lease where likely all terms are in the lease.
