Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I have recently moved into, a rental apt that has owner as well in this condo, I have not had any issues with any other tenat or owner, except for the one who live above me, she called the police on me for noise from my tv, no one els has complain except for her.
what are my options.
I have decided to get a petition and have my neighbors to sign if my tv is a distraction to anyone.
also I am going to send a letter to the board once I get the petition sign by my other neighbors
what other legal things can I do, to correct this.

Correct what? You did not even tell is what happened with the complaint, so no one here knows what there is to "correct."
