Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I rented a house in Georgia and only one pet was allowed. I was given a dog as a gift after a few months. The landlord asked me to either move out because of the 2nd dog or I can stay til the end of the lease term but the deposit will not be returned and he will keep it. I agreed with him but he is still asking me to move out. What can I do? Can he force me out? Thanks

What does your lease say? There you will find the answer. Do you have any other written agreement to change the terms of the lease?
