Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I am currently renting a commercial property and the landlord owns a pacific pride commercial fueling station also. I have defaulted on my payments for the fueling station but not my rent. We recently received a demand letter for the fuel or we will have to move. We had a verbal agreement regarding the commercial property and later filled out an application for the fueling station. Can we be evicted for not paying the fuel bill in full?

No one here has your lease and other documents, so no one here can give you an answer. You need to take your documents to a lawyer for review.
