Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I signed a lease and paid the deposit and rent for a rental house. A few days later, they told me I would not be able to move into that house. I had already moved out of my old place when they told me I couldn't move in. They are offering a refund of what I paid back. Can I sue the rental company for making me homeless?

What was their reason?
You can sue for all of your out-of-pocket damages and certain collateral damages, etc.
