I was to move-in yesterday when I got there with blinds and other things for unit I was told that they was not through painting and that I can get in the unit tmorrow. One hour after leavin I got a phone call telling me that they changed their mind about renting to me , unless i am willing to share office space with someone else. i have already given her money and she did said she will refund me my money . After signing a lease can she terminated the agreement just like that. I have given up my old space. Now I am stuck with nowhere to go.

The terms of your lease will prevail. Consult with a local attorney. Have the lease reviewed by him/her.
