Can i sue the landlord for renting me a home that has not been inspected and i discovered there is mold in the home and was ill from the mold

You may indeed have a cause of action to sue the landlord, but the question is going to be what are your damages. If you sue, you have to ask for some kind of relief, and if that relief is the payment of money, it has to be based on some kind of loss or damage. On the other hand, the circumstances may give you the right to break the lease if done correctly.
