Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

My husband filed for divorce Feb 2, 2018 he lives in TN, I live in GA, when he filed he gave his attorney an address, (which I have never lived), for service by certified mail, returned as unclaimed, then obtained an Order of Publication in Grundy Count Herald. I found out on June 25, 2018 from my husband that their is a court date Monday July 9, 2018. I contacted his attorney the next day, finally received by regular mail the summons and divorce complaint on July 3, 2018. Filed for irreconcilable differences. On the certificate of divorce or annulment it shows my maiden name as Trollanger which is wrong, my maiden name is Chadwick, it also shows the wrong address. What should I do?
