Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

Hello, I am from a very small town and I filed a claim against my landlord for withholding a portion of my deposit. My landlord and his wife are well known and affluent in my small community. I received notice from the magistrate court saying my landlord had been notified of the claim but I never received a court date. Today I opened my mailbox and received a letter from the court saying my case was dismissed because I didn't show up for court. I went to the courthouse and said that I received all other mail from them but conveniently not the court date. As I said this is a small town and I believe the clerk knows my landlord and never mailed out my court date. Is there anything I can do to get justice or any office I can complain to about misconduct in my magistrate office?

The "misconduct" is simply an assumption that has zero evidence to back it up.
