Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

Hi,

My Temp agency accidently put money in my account and I didn't know about it so I spent it. A few days after, I received a check stud in the mail for it. Now they are trying to demand their money back but I have no job. Am I really legally obligated to give it back?

If they accidentally did not pay you enough, do you think they could just say "oops" and not owe you? No. It works both ways. If you didn't know about the money, how could you spend it? Aside from the legal question, how about just being an honest person? It is not your money. Pay it back.
