Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Delivery of baby

My son was born January 05'. The birth and pregnancy was normal by all appearances. I have just found out that my son has cerebal palsy of the knees and ankles and will never walk. Do I have a case of malpractice?

These injuries can have a definite correlation w/ trauma to the brain during birth. The deliver records and your child/wife's history during pre-natal care should be carefully reviewed and screened to determine if there was any negligence by the delivering obstretrician.
