If you see a lawyer you need for a case in which a death is involved, you need to see lawyers who primarily practice in medical malpractice - it'll be prominent on websites and their bios (not listed with bankruptcy, slip and fall, car accidents, real estate, etc). They all meet for free and most advance expenses if the case is worth it, so don't rely on solicitations, TV ads and the like. Meet with at least 2-3 quality firms, if not more. Few will solicit your calls, as it violates the terms of this site.
