Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

injury by physical therapist

had back ache was referred to physical therapist touted as being ''spine specialist'' . She treated me so aggressively, I had increasing pain, wound up in emergency level 10 pain. Went to another clinic , the director knew of her and said she was a liar and had no right to be calling herself a spine specialist. It was 22 months ago, I cannot stand for more than a minute, can't walk more than a few steps, can't sit for long, have been more or less a prisoner of my bedroom. After much therapy, I am still in a lot of pain . My left hip has been grossly swollen all these months so the evidence that something is wrong is quite evident. I would very much appreciate your advice how to proceed. Thank you for your time.

Re: injury by physical therapist

About the only advice you can get here is to see a doctor and lawyer, but noticably missing from your summary of facts is any reference to a qualified medical opinion or diagnosis of your original problem or current condition. That is certainly a prerequisite.
