Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Misdiagnosis from hospital MD
Okay, my 15 month old fell at church a week ago Sunday on his elbow and it started swelling later on that day. Well my mother took him to the hospital for me Monday the 19th and they x-rayed his arms and told her it was just sprained and it would get better in a few days. If it wasn't better in 3-5 days take him to see his Pediatrition. We took him on Wednesday to see his pediatrition who said he was pretty sure it was broken and referred us to an Orthopedic dtr. The next day Thursday May 22 my son had new xrays done at the Orthopedics dtrs office and when he loked at the xrays ge said it was definately broken and showed me the break. They had to set my 15 month olds elbow back in place before they were able to cast it, b/c it had been without protection for almost a week. I want to know if we have a case against the hospital or at least the dtr in question that saw my son at the hospital.

You probably don't have much of a case unless your son suffered permanent injuries. Consult with a local attorney.
