Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

mother was severely drugged by PASSR director

My mother was severely drugged by the director of Passr who is a phychiatrist. This caused her neuroligist to misdiagnose her with Alzheimers for years. The phychiatrist had doubled her medication and changed it to syrup form so it could be hidden in her food and drinks by the nfs at her nursing home after my mother had told him that she would not take the medication and was throwing the pills away. Her medical records prove this. Her neuroligist knows this is true (now) after I had her meds taken away and she recovered completely from ''Alzheimers'' Can I have the psychiatrist prosecuted. He should be in jail! He secretly drugged her against her will. He completely destroyed her life and took away her ability to ever walk again. What should I do?
