Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

wrongful death

my mother who was a diabetic was sent to a long term accute hospital for her infected feet (blood poisioning) . they had her taking 15 different medications and were not properaly taking care of her feet. me and other members of my family went to the hospital numerous times and tried to ask questions about her condition and none of the nurses had any answeres to our questions. all they said was we would have to ask the doctor. we tried to contact the doctor and could never reach him. my mother died on march 28 and the doctor has yet to sign the death certificate and we feel like he is hiding the true cause of her death. i ve talked to a few people and they need money up front to do an autopsy. what do u suggest
