Go to the doctor. Otherwise, how would you know what is wrong with you, how serious it is, and how it is related to the accident? Your health comes first (at least, it should).

If you were injured in a car accident due to another drivers negligence, it may be possible for you to recover for your injuries. Additional information will be needed to assess your particular case, such as- was there an officer on the scene? Was a ticket given? Do not post the specifics of your case on this, or any other, public forum.

Feel free to call our Atlanta office this morning for additional details. (404-496-4119). Good luck.

Immediately see a doctor or Emergency Room (as in today). That is important for two reasons.

The first is that a medical problem can worsen with time. The second is that you may lose teh ability to sue the other party for damages. Insurers look harshly at long gaps and delays in treatment and presume that you weren't hurt when you fail to seek care.

Step two. See a lawyer right away. You may be able to pursue your medical bills and pain and suffering. Do not talk to the other side or their insurer. That will hurt you case and lower its value. My office handles such cases and would be glad to offer you a free consultation (404-768-3509).

I agree with the above advice.

Especially the part about not posting specifics on a public forum. While public forums like these are amazing for receiving free advice, remember that this is considered public record and can be used against you in court.

As said above, see a doctor immediately. As in now. Go to the Emergency Room if you have to. Or preferably an Urgent Care clinic as their wait times are less. Explain to the doctor when the injury occurred, and be specific. A doctor needs to know the proper time line to accurately asses an injury.

And finally, meet with a car accident lawyer in Atlanta Georgia to discuss your case. And in the mean time, avoid talking to your insurance company.
