Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Auto Accident & W/Comp

06/11/96 I was involve in an accident with a co-woker that was driving a rental when a driver ran a red light and impacting the passager side. After leaving hospital and returning to Dallas, my snr manager indicated to me that claiming on worker comp would not be good for my career & that I should claim on my medical insur. So i did this but I did file a worker comp claim to have it open, now this same snr manager has terminated my services. I am in the process of notifing the medical services of the change to W/Comp. I am in need of a good legal rep, thinking one Atlanta to handle the auto thrid party & one in Dallas to handle driver & employer. please advice..
