Does anyone know of a good book for a beginner in Personal Injury? Specifically regarding issues of fees and representing indigent clients and what costs a lawyer can advance on an indigent client's behalf. Or there any databases or web sites that might assist in this information?

Prosser on Torts. Indigent can have court costs waived.
