claims

i had a car accident and had an attorney to represent me to file all claims. Can attorney get his cut without my knowledge or i have to sign certain documents to release his portion of money?

Your fee arrangement is between you and your lawyer, and any written fee agreement. Discuss with him.

I agree with the previous answer. Read your contract. If you don't have one, ask for it. In any event, talk with your attorney; you made the decision to hire him or her.
