Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Help me find a lawyer

I am an employee of Delta Air Lines in Atlanta. About a year ago i was severly injured on the job. Delta is attempting to prevent me from returning to work and I cannot continue to survive on the long term disability benefit that I recieve. I would like to find a lawyer that was beaten Delta Air Lines in similar cases in the past. The question that I have is how do I go about finding that information?

There are a couple of ways to address your problem, 1) do you have a workers' compensation claim,or 2) do you have a social security disability claim?; I would need more information regarding both. If interested, please give me a call, 770-396-4323.

If you will call me, I have a friend (employed by Delta) who is represented in a compensation claim which sounds as though she has faced a similar dilema. She is pleased with her attorney. I will be happy to check with her to obtain the information or see if she is willing to speak with you directly.

I do compensation and social security disability claims, but I have never dealt with Delta.
