Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Good Morning, recently I was trying to purchase a franchise and went to see their operations. The owner left for a while and one of the employees took advantage when the owner came back and said I had done things that I had not. Because of her statements the owner told me that he no longer wanted to do business with me and the sell fell through. I have in writing what the clerk said posted on a website RipoffReports.com. Because of her comments and his not being willing to even discuss what I was accused of it ended up making me lose hundreds of thousands off dollars. Do I have any legal recourse?

There is no way to give you a decent answer in this type of forum. You need to consult with an attorney who can review any documents that are involved, as well as review the details of who said what about whom.

Without further information it is not possible to give you guidance. You should contact a franchise attorney to discuss the particulars of who said what, and how this caused you to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars.
