Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I hav reason to believe that because of a recent relationship breakup that my personal property (my car, etc) will be vandalized by this man. Is there anything that I can do to protect my property before he does this or even after?

You can apply to the Court for a restraining order, but you will need pretty strong evidence. Consult with a local attorney.

If you don't have grounds for a protective order, you can place cameras in the car and on your property to have evidence of the vandalism. If you're in an apartment complex, check to see if there are security cameras on the property. If so, park your car near the cameras.
