i was hit by a drunk driver who worked for google and was on a business trip for google in a car rented by google so can i sue giigle?

If the driver was in the course and scope of his employment with Google at the time of the collision the answer is "yes." Of course, it has to be a case of liability to prevail. The driver being drunk, by itself, is not enough. You really need to contact an attorney.
