Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Injury during test at hospital

On 3/18/2008, I sustained a hip fracture, during a bone density test at a local hospital. This fracture went unknown and unattended un-

til about two weeks ago when I was sent by my R.A. doctor for a CT-

Scan, because of pain and a limp. I have suffered tremendous pain during this interim and have developed a serious limp in an attempt to protect my right side.

In 1996, I had a hip fracture from a fall at work and was unable to move. Therefore it did not occur to me that I could have a broken hip and still be able to walk. Before the test, I explained my situation to the technition and told her, ''do not attempt to touch my right foot or leg. I will move it myself.'' She ignored me completely and my response was a very loud scream.

Please tell me what my options are, if any. Thank you
