manicure injury

If i was at a nail salon doing my nails and one of the employers use their nail tool things and accidently gave me a huge cut on my hand, is it possible to sue? my friend told me i should sue, unless they give me a large amount of money i want. i dont think thats right. but i have been going to the doctor and evrything for my medicla care of that deep cut in my hands. can such a cut be able to sue?

Provide the medical bills to the salon and request reimbursement. A simple cut is not a reason to hold up the salon for "a large amount" of money. If you accidently caused a cut or scratch, would you expect the person to ask you for $5,000? A minor accident is not a lottery win.
