I found an open safety pin bake into my candy bar. It was a rather large pin and my pregant sister was eating it. No one was hurt, what can we do about it.

Without any physical injuries, not much you can do except bring it to the attention of the manufacturer and probably get a certificate for some free candy bars.

No harm, no foul. Write to the company, tell them of the incident, and tell them they are lucky there was no injury. If you feel like it, you could send it certified mail, return receipt requested, with copies to the US Food & Drug Adminsitration, the Ga. Office of Consumer Affairs, Nader's Public Citizen organization, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, etc., so there would be proof of prior notice if this sort of thing later injures another consumer. That won't make you any money, but it may make you feel good.
