Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I was recently rear-ended and suffered some muscle pains and went to the hospital for it. Their insurance has offered to pay me 1000 as a settlement fee and put 1000 aside for future medical cost or just pay me 1500 and i'll deal with any future medical fees on my own. They will be paying for all of my current medical fees though. My question is would taking the 1500 be a good choice or should i ask for more? I'm worried that any of my future medical problems or fees will cost more than that. Plus my car is now deemed a total loss so now i have to deal with getting a new car.

Get a lawyer ASAP. Don't sign anything, don't accept their money and don't talk to them any more.
