I was set up and attacked by this girl she is 17 and has been in trouble with the law before . WhT is gonna happen to her tomorrow in court ?

You should ask your lawyer. None of us know. We haven't seen the paperwork. You haven't even told us if you sued her, if she sued you, or if this is a criminal case.
