Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Sidewalk Liability

The bus stop is on my property and the sidewalk was frozen over. Many neighbors complained that this was my responsibility and they would sue if I didn't keep it clear for the children. Do I have any liability for the sidewalk that was put in by the builder? I don't have children and the bus stop and didn't request that stop to be placed on my property

Re: Sidewalk Liability

I would think that the sidewalk is public property and as such you are not responsible for keeping it safe, but that might not be the case.
