Re: slip and fall

Premises liability is a very tricky area. You should consult with a local attorney who can spend the time with you to discuss all the facts, because the facts are extremely important. Basically, you would have to prove that the store either knew or should have known about the dangerous condition.

Re: slip and fall

In addition to the issue of proving the store was aware or should have been aware of the hazardous condition which caused you to fall, you will have the additional task of proving what portion of your current injuries represent aggravation of you pre-existing condition. It is very important that you see your doctors and make them fully aware of what has recently transpired. Do not wait until you have contacted an attorney. If you have not seen nor been treated for the injury as a result of your fall, do so today.

If you have already seen your doctors, make sure they have noted the new complaints in your medical records.

Good luck, and call if you wish to discuss this matter further.
