Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I was visiting my son and his girl friend at their apartment complex yesterday with my 2 grandchildren. We went ahead to the pool while they changed. The pool monitor came out and started yelling at us that we had 2 many people. We tried to let her know that my daughter in law was coming and that we would get out and let the children swim. She was more concerned with harassing us and yelling at us to the point that my granddaughter curled up in a ball crying because she was scared. I have only been to the pool twice and both times this woman came out and harassed my family but the previous time it was ok because we fed her lunch. She enforcers the apartmnent rules when and if she desires. She allows some families bring up to 13 people but does not say a word to them. The inconsistency and the prejudice with how she enforces the rules and the rude mean behavior of this woman prompted me to file a complaint with the management. When I spoke to them they apologized to me and said I was not the first to complain that this woman gets out of hand. The manager explained that she had more or less inherited the problem. I commented that this should not be the excuse to let this woman treat others the way she did. At one point I had to tell the woman that I was a human being. If the apartment complex is aware of this problem are they not liable for her behavior. I have felt personal injury from this incidence. I have been extremely upset since his happened. If the apartment is aware and said that she offers other good things and they are sorry that I personally experienced her bad behavior I do not think this is ok. They want to let her finish out the year and do something else next year. What about me and my family and the ruined family day that will never b e replaced.

You added a lot more detail, but there is no legal entitlement to not be treated rudely. Here, it is not your apartment complex or residence - you are visiting. It appears you are violating their rules, so they could ask you to leave at any time (the actual tenants might have a complaint for that). You mention "prejudice" but include no facts to support that, if you mean racial (you were not clear about that). In short, you may have been treated horribly by the apartment complex (again, as a visitor) but you have no legal entitlement to be treated any certain way.
