Sue for what? Did a gym employee sneak up behind you and hit you with a kettlebell? You completely failed to tell us how it was anyone's responsibility other than your own. If there are facts to indicate anyone else should be responsible for you blacking out, you left them out. The fact that something bad happened does not mean it is an opportunity to get a pot of gold from a lawsuit.

Sue for what?

Did the gym drug you and make you black out or hit you in the head and knock you unconscious?

You can't sue others for your medical bad health.
