Legal Question in Product Liability in Georgia

Lemon

I bought a lawnmower, that has turned out to be a lemon. I have had it in the shop on 4 different occasions for the same problem. However, we can only find 3 invoices for repair. The warranty is now out of date and the mower is not working. It has the same problem again. The warranty or manufactor will not refund or exchange the product. How should I approch and handle this situation? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Re: Lemon

I would recommend taking the seller to magistrate (small claims) court. That way you can handle the case yourself without an attorney.
