my aunt is mad at me and won't let me retrieve property she let me store in her basement. How can I get it

If she refuses an amicable request, consider having a lawyer write a letter. If that also fails, you can sue her in Magistrates Court for the value of the items. That court functions as a small claims court and will have a statement of claim form you can complete.

Bear in mind that these steps will probably start a family feud, so do your best to work it out before suing.
