Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Based on the below can I have my landlord pay for my moving expenses? and Do I have the option to stay past the stated vacancy date.

E-mail from my landlord:

"I wanted write and give you a full 60 day notice to inform you that we are not going to be able to renew your lease in January 2014. I am so sorry if that wasn't in your plans and if this is an inconvenience.

Because of the coinciding holidays, I would like to extend a 10 day period, rent-free. Your lease end date is December 31, 2013, and the last day of occupancy would need to be January 10th, 2014, with your last rent payment on December 1, 2013.

Upon vacancy, inspection, and key returns, your deposit will be refunded."

My lease says:

"Renewal Term. Either party may terminate this Lease at the end of the term by giving the other party 60 days notice prior to the end of the term, if neither party gives notice of termination, the Lease will automatically:

/ renew for an additional term of 30 days with a rent increase of NA % of the current rental rate. All other terms of the existing Lease shall remain me same. The additional term shall begin on me first day following the end of me preceding term unless either party gives notice to me other at least 30 days prior to end the then current term of that party's decision to terminate the Lease at the end of the current term. This Lease may be automatically renewed for up to 1 additional term. If this Lease has not beam terminated during the final renewal term, this Lease will continue on a month to month basis until the same terminated in accordance with Georgia Law."

Why would you think you can stay after the end of the lease, and why would you expect the landlord to pay your moving expenses? The answers are no, and no.

It sounds like you have a great landlord, as he is giving you 70 days and not 60, and 10 of them rent free. He didn't have to do that. Thank him.

Are we supposed to guess why you believe you can stay longer, why you think the landlord should pay for your moving expenses, the date the email was sent, and other important details?
