Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My dad gave me his interest to the house when he and my mom divorced. It was only listed on the divorce papers. My mother and I refinanced the house. I was listed on the mortgage. When my mom passed away, I paid off the house and I receive a letter stating the debt on the house was paid and filed with the court. I am listed on the security deed and cancellation form. There never was a warranty deed filed or found for the property in my parent's name. How do I get the warranty deed in my name?

Do now what you should have done long ago - get a real estate lawyer to sort it out, and do it right. If someone else is the title owner, you might be out of luck.
