Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

housing associations

I bought a house which is a

subdivision which has an association.

I bought this house to turn it into a

personal care home for the elderly,

before I purchased the home i made

sure it was zoned for this type of

business now the home owners

association tells me they wont allow

me to conduct this type of business

from my home. Is there a way I can

get around this legally?
