Housing Dispute
My name is on a piece of real estate (House) and not on the loan papers. Me and my boyfriend has separated and I am trying to find out what are my legal rights are. We had an agreement that if we were to separte we would sell the property and divide the money.

From what you state, you own some interest in the property, but I cannot tell what. As to the agreement to split the proceeds, usually these have to be in writing. Consult with a local attorney.
